1. What is Jute?
Jute is a long soft & shiny vegetable fiber which can be spun into coarse, strong threads. It is also known as Hessian, Burlap & Gunny in some places.
2. How Can I get the samples and how long will it take?
It takes us 7 - 10 days to prepare the samples. The samples are generally sent free of cost but on Buyers Courier Account.
3. What is the minimum quantity I can order?
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 200 pieces per color per style and the Minimum Order Value is USD 3500.00 for sea shipment.
4. Can I gate my logos/designs printed on the bag?
You can have any logo/design of your choice printed on the bag. You can also have them embroidered on the bags as per your requirement. Extra charges are applicable for the same.
5. Can I send you my designs by e-mail?
You can e-mail the design/photo to us in a jpeg/pdf format.
6. What if I want something that is specially made or styled?
Sure our bag can be customized so as to meet your requirement with exclusivity to your country.
7. Can I have the bags in specific pantone shades?
Yes the bags can be printed/dyed with colors matching your pantone shades, but PMS colors are approximate and colors will vary on this natural fiber.
8. What details would be required by you to make a quotation?
The item code/index of the chosen bag.
The size of the bag. (Width x Height x Gusset).

The color preferred and the printing specifications. Type of Handle you would prefer. We work both in Cms & Inches.

9. What are the Packing status?
50-100 bags will be packed in corrugated 7 ply card board cartons. However we are ready to accommodate any of your suggestions. We can also do any customized size cartons & other packing.
10. What are the shipping options? How long does it take?
Sea shipping usually takes about 4/5 weeks and is the cheapest. You need a customs broker to clear the goods at the seaport and bring to you doorstep.
Airfreight usually takes between 4-6 days. Even here you need to appoint a customs broker to clear the goods at the airport and bring to you doorstep.
Door to door courier is the quickest and delivery takes between 5 working days. Here you don't need to appoint a customs broker to clear the goods. The courier company will get it done and bring the goods to your doorstep.
11. What are payment options?
We accept payment through wire transfer (T.T.) or irrevocable L.C. (Letter of credit). We do not accept credit cards.
